Host: 1. First of all please introduce yourself, your background and share an interesting story about how you got into crypto? Also, please share some information about your team. How big is your team right now?

Tanya: I am Tanya, Admin Manager for Polker. My background is in finance and customer support. I started as a moderator in Polker before moving into my current role. I invested in 2017 and my first coins, probably like a lot of people, were BTC and ETH.
The Polker team is made up of diverse, talented individuals from different parts of the globe, with backgrounds in IT, crypto, dev, finance, social media, gaming, architecture, customer service, etc. We currently have around 50 fulltime employees — 14 from the dev team team and 6 of them are dedicated UE developers.
Host 2. Can you please provide detailed information about the Polker project and How long you’ve been building this?
Tanya: Polker started in 2018, when we had our prototype showcased at Crypto Invest Summit in Los Angeles, CA USA.
Polker or PKR.io is a novel platform that offers multiple protocols that can be implemented alone or in combination. We provide solutions to problems that multiple industries that implement blockchain technology are facing.
One of these protocols is our patented Multi-Crypto Marketplace that allows users/gamers to use their cryptocurrency of choice whilst displaying the live value in the fiat currency of choice. The live price data is pulled from an oracle so that all parties involved have accurate price data displayed in the currency of choice. With this protocol, users can have an easy check out process, without having to worry or get confused about multiple chains and wallet usage. The use of multiple cryptocurrencies will also make the platforms more accessible to the wider public.
Host: 3. Briefly explain about the main concept behind your game “Polker.Game”?
Tanya: Polker.Game is the first blockchain based, Free to Play & Play to Earn, Poker NFT metaverse game that uses Unreal Engine 4 for immersive and powerful gameplay while utilizing a provably fair system and TRNG technology. Our gaming metaverse combines virtual reality with the endless possibilities of blockchain technology. Our users will be able to enjoy immersive graphics and play among each other within the metaverse. They’ll also be able to edit the graphics and create a personalized gaming experience.

Host: 4. Tell us about the TRNG system and also tell us about the Play to Earn mechanism?
Tanya: Our True Random Number Generator (TRNG) system is a provably fair and auditable technology that uses both SHA-256 hashing in combination with blockchain technology. The protocol uses seed words from the users (typically players) combined with a seed word from the PKR protocol. The resulting SHA-256 hash is then used to interact with a smart contract on the blockchain network. The resulting block header from this transaction is used to create a provably fair random number. Our play-to-earn system is unlocked by the PKR pass , which will allow players to earn scraps and keys to enter STT to earn more keys for treasure chest. Each Pass has its own sub-tier and game time bonus
Each tier comes with its own benefits, and we will publish the details on exactly which benefits a player gains with each tier. At the lowest level,(approximately $5) this doubles your EXP gain, doubles your play chip gain, allows access to tickets, NFTs, and the tournament game function.
You win scraps from regular gameplay. These are items you earn to make into a key — 3 scraps will make 1 key. These keys are the items you need to enter in a tournament. Prize pool are keys (some NFTs depending on tournament type) and the keys can open treasure chest, where you win something random — cosmetics, NFTs, more play chips and etc.
Host: 5. Briefly enrich our audience about NFTs in the Polker project and their utilities?
Tanya: Our NFTs is the core of our play-to-earn system, and we have 3 classifications — standard, rare, and ultra-rare. The NFTs can be deployed so you can have your own dealer at the table plus their accompanying visual effects. They can be traded at Opensea and our marketplace. We are working on adding more utilities to our NFTs.

What are some prominent features that make Polker Games ahead of other blockchain-based games?
Tanya: We have our Provably Fair System, which uses the potential of the blockchain to provide full transparency in every aspect of gameplay by using our multiple patents granted technology. The player is fully protected against fraud and cheating. We store every gameplay action and value as a hash in a smart contract on the blockchain. By taking the raw values and hashing them, you are able to compare and verify the results independently to prove there was no manipulation.
We have our TRNG, which I discussed earlier. Our graphics is built on Unreal Engine 4, which powers real time graphics, highly detailed assets like dealers, environments, tables and visual effects.
Polker is absolutely free to play so there is no barrier to trying and enjoying the game, while our play-to-earn model focuses on earning awesome NFTs for achievements in game. This enhances game immersion and helps create our interactive metaverse.
So we have F2P, P2E, NFTs, metaverse, 3D Unreal Engine 4 graphics, TRNG and Provably Fair System — elements that we believe will redefine poker gaming industry.

What is the ultimate mission that Polker is trying to achieve in the crypto field?
Tanya: Polker aims to create a user-intuitive platform for cryptoheads, gamers, and those with no knowledge of gaming. Ultimately, we would like to reduce the barrier to entry that blockchain has (required technical knowledge) right now. We want to be at the forefront of projects allowing easy access to both crypto, NFTs, gaming, and the metaverse world that we are growing.

What are your marketing strategies and futuristic futures that you are planning to attract new player’s ?
Tanya: We have an active social media team who provide updates on our official accounts. We have podcasts and AMAs every Mondays on Twitter spaces. We have PR coverage in top crypto sites. We have partnered with ICO Pantera, a leading growth accelerator in Korea and the Asia, to help us spread awareness about Polker and improve our exposure in South Korea and Asia. We also conduct AMAs to reach different crypto communities and share the details about Polker to a wider demographic.
We will also be attending NFT | LA, the largest NFT event, from March 28–31 to showcase our project.

I see that you have implemented a very interesting system to obtain NFT. But knowing that overproduction of these assets leads to their devaluation and market destruction, how will they manage to maintain a balance between production and demand of NFTs to avoid these problems?
Tanya: We have limited NFTs, and that will account for rarity and demand.

Tanya: We have already competed 4 beta runs. As of right now, we have released our exe game to 500 early access participants. We are working on reported issues and their patch, before making it accessible to the wider public.
Q2. CAN you explain how is your Tokenomics Distribution? How many tokens Will be minted ? And How many tokens Will be locked by the team???

Tanya: Our maximum supply is 1B. Let me share the distribution and vesting period.
The tokenomics was updated with extended vesting periods and we have also allocated 10% for NFT staking, LP farming, PKR staking pools, etc. to incentivize holding.

Q3. Could you tell us about the internal or external audit of your smart contract? Have you done any audit before? or do you plan to do any review on your smart contract in the future?

Tanya: Our Smart Contract was fully audited by Beosin. Back in September last year, the penetration testing and security audit was done by Quinel, a leading independent and internationally accredited testing laboratory/inspection body in the field of gaming, serving the industry for almost 10 years and have laboratories in Italy, Malta, UK and Argentina leveraging international expertise.
We are carrying out extensive penetration tests on the updates that have been made since our last Security Audit. We will have Quinel back on board to run full penetration testing of the game to ensure all aspects of the game are fully secure at launch.
We are also working with Raze Network, a cross-chain privacy protocol that can provide end-to-end anonymity for the entire DeFi and Web3.0 stack. With Raze, we aim to drive the adoption of gaming and personal control over privacy, finances, and entertainment.
Q4. Do you have any plans to attract non-crypto investors to join your project? Because the success of a project attracts more investors who haven’t yet entered the crypto world. What are the plans to raise awareness about your project in the non-crypto space.

Tanya: Definitely. Polker is a free-to-play for those looking to play a couple
of quick hands at a table without wagering any money. You earn play chips per day, and you play more, level up, and gain more levels, you get more play chips per day. You can buy more if you desire and you can also use them to earn small cosmetics. You level is locked at a high end of 30 where you can fold roughly 50 big blinds in a row until you’re out of cards. To be honest, I love this feature, as it will allow family and friends to play and have fun without worrying about costs.
That removes the barrier to playing. This model is a good introduction as well for people who are new to gaming, crypto, and poker.
